Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Big Time Boxing Promotions was established in 2013 by managing director Christopher Kinyua and David Mugambi.

On July 31, 2013, Big Time Boxing Promotions promoted the first ever Commonwealth Africa Boxing Championship at the Nyayo National Stadium sanctioned by Commonwealth Africa Boxing Commission and Kenya Proffessional Boxing Commission for the National Tilte. This saw the kariobangi social hall pulgilist James Onyango clinched the new Welterweight Title by  knocking out Patrick Atuhaire (Ugandan) while Sarah achieng won on unanimous point descion against Everline Odero after a 10 round brawl.

 

Big Time Boxing Promotions partnered with Arrix media and created 3 TEAMS: Creative | Marketing and Promotions | Events and Production, this comes in handy in making any boxing event a sucess.
